Fully responsible for all aspects of the delivery, planning and execution of the UK division of the largest amateur golf competition in the world. Consisting of over 50 events in a 6 month period
Start to finish event management covering all aspects including creating and presenting project proposals, budget creation, maintaining financial control, budget reconciliation, artwork development, press launches, merchandise ordering, client relationship building, outsourcing event and promotional staff, venue selection and on site event management
Responsible for multiple high profile projects throughout the year including ride and drives, forums, football tournaments, charity balls, Le Mans hospitality and incentive trips
Managing sensitive relationships with clients, suppliers and celebrities alike
Responsible for the training, development and day to day activities of the Account Executive
