- Managing a team of executives and other Account Managers
- Responsible for large budgets worth over a million pounds
- Building and maintaining important relationships with clients
- Managing a wide range of events on a large scale with thousands of guests as well as smaller scale events for as few as 10 guests
- Planning and managing incentive trips both overseas and in the UK, working with DMC’s where appropriate
- Planning and executing a huge variety of events to include product launches, conferences, training events, sporting competitions and exhibitions
- Proposal writing
- Creating and pitching new event ideas
- Overseeing event specific marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, technical and creative agencies
